Hey there,

I have composed a short list of Frequently asked Questions related to Technical errors.

Q: I cannot Log on to the Server and neither can my Friends.
A: The Server is most likely Down. This can be due to a restart, technical errors or bad connectivity.

Q: I cannot Log on to the Server but my Friends can.
A: You may need to install the latest version of Java. Alternatively you may be experiencing Connection errors, your account may be IP-Banned or you do not have a 525 Cache installed.

Q: I cannot Log in with my Account. I get "Invalid Password/Username".
A: This maybe because your account experienced a Glitch in a server restart/reset. You shall have to contact Eric for support.

Q: I cannot Log on to the Forums. Please help?
A: The Forum maybe experiencing Downtime due to Hosting difficulties. Alternatively you may be banned from using the Forum for breaking a Rule.

Q: I cannot post in some Sections. Why is this?
A: Some sections are only for Moderators or other Staff members. Alternatively some are locked because they are not used at the moment.
