Vote link in the top menu

If we make a vote button then I can make it to where every time you open the client the vote page pops up.
Got my server like 300+ votes a day back when I had one.

i told the coder that but he said thats only for 317s. idk tbh. if u need to recode client to get that, ive seen for example dragonscape. they had that. but they had a whole diffrent type of client.

If you make that the Run.bat file it will open the client and Runelocus vote page. But we cant put the symbol "&" in command prompt so we need a vote redirect button. :]

But if it helps that code up there will open the vote page. Will still encourage
people to vote more often, since the page opens when you open the client.
